About 130 Rohingya families left the village of Sindi Farang, east of Buthidaung city in Arakan state.
A video from the correspondent of Arakan news agency shows dozens of families leaving their homes for Bangladesh in a mass campaign that began again after several weeks of suspension of the Myanmar military campaign since August.
The wave of mass immigration has been blamed on the rise in attacks against Rohingya in the towns and villages of the state, where hundreds of houses were burned by Buddhist extremists backed by security forces and dozens killed during the military campaign.
