Myanmar authorities recently released a number of detainees, including some Rohingya children from Buthidaung City prison, the ANA correspondent reported, adding that two police came from the prison were they left off one male and a few children, on Buthidaung streets. And the correspondent added that the children who were released had been kidnapped from the city of Akyab during the violence that was provoked by Buddhists against Rohingya in 2012.
It is worth mentioning that the government prisons has detained thousands Rohingya since 2012, including dozens of children.
