Malaysia is expected to shed light on the issue of the Muslim Rohingya minority in Arakan, Myanmar, at the 72nd session of the United Nations General Assembly.
This issue is one of the key points that brought the attention of Malaysian Foreign Minister Hanifa Aman, who will deliver a statement by a representative of Malaysia during the Assembly’s meetings.
The minister is also scheduled to attend the ASEAN, OIC meetings, the Commonwealth foreign ministers’ meeting and the Non-Aligned Movement.
