Foreign Minister Datuk Seri Anifah Aman is to meet Myanmar Foreign Minister and State Counsellor Aung San Suu Kyi over the alleged ethnic cleansing of Rohingyas in the country’s northern Arakan State.
Deputy Foreign Minister Datuk Seri Reezal Merican Naina Merican said the meeting would be set at the soonest and that Malaysia had called on the Myanmar government to take necessary action to address the matter.
