Many of the Rohingya Muslim’s home has been damaged in Myanmar due to the floods that swept Arakan State last week.
A reporter of Arakan News Agency (ANA) said the floods has uprooted dozens of Rohingya Muslim’s homes, leaving behind dozens of families in the open without shelter.
The correspondent added that the floods, which happened in Choctaw, Mambra, Buthidaung and Maungdaw and other cities have driven many families to seek help from pending international or government support, but the government has allocated aid to adherents of Buddhism, ignoring Muslims.
It is noteworthy that other similar incidents where the government has exercised racist towards Muslims and prevented international aid from reaching them.
