Fire broke out in Rohingya home village Kawarbil, North Maungdaw city in Arakan, and flames spread to nearby homes which led to the burning of five houses in the village without being identified the source of the fire so far, according to a sources, added that the Burmese authorities have surrounded the village and impose a security cordon under the pretext of investigating the incident, and implement many arrests of Rohingya villagers trumped-up charges; as people believe that the famous 969 organized gangs are behind the incident in order to bring chaos and riots in the village against the Rohingya population.
It is noteworthy that similar fires occurred several months ago in the village of Kiladaung and claimed the lives of many families, have been a number of Rohingya trial on charges of involvement in without a fair investigation by the authorities.
