A mob of Buddhist extremists set fire to the village of Raimma Khali in the center of Tambro, north of the city of Maungdaw.
The source said: A large gang of Buddhist Mob burned the entire village, which led to the displacement of dozens of Rohingya villagers and as they fled with their families to the forests, at a time when the region is receiving heavy rain fall.
Activist Ahmed Abu al-Khair appealed to humanitarian organizations to intervene urgently to put an end to the humanitarian catastrophe that has claimed the lives of thousands of defenseless civilians and tens of thousands fled their homes in search of safety.
